MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT image

Number Of Ingredients 7

60 Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter-butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • Crush crackers. Mix with butter and sugar. Press mixture firmly into 9 x 13 inch dish, reserving some crumbs for garnish. Blend thawed orange juice with milk. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges; do not beat. Pour mixture over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate until serving.
