1 cup mango pulp
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup salad oil
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Combine mango pulp, sugar, salt, dry mustard, onion powder, cider vinegar and lemon juice in blender. Drizzle in oil, blending until thickened. Stir in poppy seeds. Store in refrigerator. Shake to mix before serving.
