1 ½ cups mango, diced
½ cup red bell pepper, finely diced
½ cup green bell pepper, finely diced
½ cup red onion, finely
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
