Great glaze for chicken, pork or shrimp. Can use as a marinade. I love to marinade shrimp in this and then grill them basting with the sauce

This glaze is just okay. It's not bad, but it's not great either.

I don't think this glaze is worth the effort. It's not very flavorful and it doesn't really add anything to the dish.

This glaze is a bit too complicated for me. I prefer something that's easier to make.

I followed the recipe exactly, but the glaze burned before it had a chance to caramelize.

The glaze was easy to make, but it didn't turn out very well. It was too thick and didn't really coat the meat evenly.

I found this glaze to be a bit bland. It didn't really add much flavor to the chicken.

This glaze was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less maple syrup.

I'm not a huge fan of bourbon, but this glaze was still really good. The maple flavor really mellows out the bourbon, and the end result is a delicious and flavorful glaze.
