Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 475
- 2. wisk maple syrup, mustard, orange zest, vingar and tyme in a medium bowl
- 3. pat chicken dry with a paper towl
- 4. season with salt and pepper
- 5. heat oil i an oven safe skillet over midium heat
- 6. cook skin side down for 5 minutes
- 7. turn skin side up and transfer to the oven
- 8. cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- 9. transfer chiken to plate
- 10. tent with foil
- 11. pour out any fat in skillet and maple mixmin pan over medium heat for 3 minutes(stir often)
- 12. season with salt and pepper
- 13. retern chicken to pan and glaze
- 14. serve
