Marge's Zucchini Pie image

One of my co-workers gave me this recipe years ago, and now it's a staple. We just don't feel like it's summer until we've eaten some. We usually eat it for dinner, but it's equally good for breakfast or brunch.

The pie was a bit too runny for my liking. I think I might have needed to cook it for a little bit longer.

I had some trouble getting the crust to brown properly. I think I might have needed to cook it for a little bit longer.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a little bit of garlic powder.
