Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb hamburger
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 small chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes, oregano, and salt
add a little milk if it is too dry

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls. put them in a baking pan about half full of water and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Test to make sure they are done.
