Overall, I really enjoyed this recipe. It's a great way to dress up ordinary potatoes, and it's perfect for any occasion.

I'm not sure why these spuds are called Mexican Hat Dance Spuds. They don't really look like Mexican hats, and they don't have anything to do with dancing.

These spuds were a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I just added some cheese and spices, and they were ready to go.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my spuds didn't turn out as crispy as I would have liked. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These spuds were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try baking them next time instead of frying them.

I'm not a huge fan of potatoes, but I really enjoyed these spuds. The crispy outer shell and the flavorful filling were a great combination.
