1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups finely sliced jicama

Steps:

  • In food processor, process olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and salt. Transfer to bowl.
  • Add jicama to dressing and toss until well coated. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes until softened.
