2 cups egg noodles
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup bok choy
1/2 cup cabbage
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar

12 dashes fish sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
cilantro, for decoration

Steps:

  • Add the salt and sugar.
  • Add the noodles and continue to saute.
  • Add the soy sauce.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I would recommend adding more spices or herbs.

The sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall this was a good dish.
