This casserole was easy to make, but it was a little bland for my taste. I think it could use some more seasoning.

I was a little skeptical about making a casserole in the microwave, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. It was cooked evenly and the texture was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

I've made this casserole several times now and it's always a hit with my family. It's so versatile, I can add or remove ingredients depending on what I have on hand. The last time I made it, I added some cooked sausage and it was delicious!
