Microwave Spaghetti Casserole image

I got this recipe from a cookbook about 20+ years ago and tweaked it for our family. It has always been a favorite and requested meal around here. I know there are many baked spaghetti dishes out there, but this one is always the one we come back to. There are never any left-overs. It's easy too!

I was disappointed with this recipe. The sauce was too thin and the pasta was mushy.

The pasta was a bit overcooked for my taste. I would recommend cooking it for a shorter amount of time.
