Another "ready in seconds" recipe for a quick snack or food gift. Honestly, unwrapping the Rolos takes longer than any other part, except cooling! Steps:
- 1. Arrange pretzels around the edges of a microwave-safe plate.
- 2. Top each pretzel with an unwrapped Rolo candy.
- 3. Microwave for 20-30 seconds, or until Rolo looks soft, but before it melts!
- 4. Remove from microwave and press a pecan half into each soft Rolo.
- 5. Cool before storing in airtight containers.
- 6. Put into decorative tins for quick & delicious holiday gifts.
