This meatloaf is a great way to use up leftover bread. I used some old hamburger buns that I had lying around, and they worked perfectly. The meatloaf was moist and flavorful, and the bread crumbs gave it a nice texture.

I was skeptical about the ketchup glaze, but it really made the meatloaf. It gave it a nice tangy flavor that balanced out the richness of the meat. I'll definitely be using this glaze again.
