I'm not a big fan of fish, but I really enjoyed this dish. The miso glaze was so good that it made me forget that I was eating fish.

I've never cooked rockfish before, but this recipe made it easy. The fish turned out great – moist and flavorful. The miso glaze was also delicious – I could have eaten it with a spoon!

This miso-glazed rockfish was an absolute delight! The fish was flaky and perfectly cooked, and the miso glaze was rich, savory, and slightly sweet. I served it with some steamed jasmine rice and a side of sautéed bok choy, and it was a complete meal
