This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I'm not a very experienced cook, so I had trouble following the instructions. The results were okay, but I think I would have preferred a simpler recipe.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The mock steak was dry and flavorless. I think I might have used too much vital wheat gluten, which made it tough.

This mock steak was a great way to use up some leftover seitan. It was easy to make, and the results were delicious. The flavor was spot-on, and the texture was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was a total flop. The seitan was dry and tough, and the flavor was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe I got a bad batch of seitan.

This mock steak was a bit too chewy for my taste. I think I might have overcooked it. However, the flavor was still good, and I would be willing to try it again with a different cooking method.

I found this recipe to be a bit too bland for my taste. I had to add extra spices and seasonings to get it to a point where I enjoyed it. However, the texture was spot-on, so I would be willing to try it again with some modifications.
