Grannys Chocolate Chip Cookies image

These cookies are the best cookies I have ever had, have ever cooked, and can not buy them at the store. If you do make these make sure you make enough for everyone!!!! Of course some things have been modified to meet my personal taste buds.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted chopped dried cherries for the chocolate chips. They turned out great!

I tried this recipe, but my cookies turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what went wrong.

I love that this recipe uses brown sugar instead of white sugar. It gives the cookies a richer flavor and makes them extra chewy.

These cookies are the best! They're so soft and chewy, with the perfect amount of chocolate chips. I've made them several times now, and they're always a hit with my family and friends.
