These potatoes were a disaster! They were overcooked and mushy, and the glaze was too thick and sticky.

These potatoes were so easy to make, and they were a great side dish for our grilled chicken. The molasses flavor was subtle, but it really complemented the chicken.

I followed the recipe exactly, and my potatoes turned out perfectly. They were tender on the inside and had a slightly caramelized crust on the outside. The molasses glaze was delicious, and I loved the addition of fresh herbs.
