These molletes were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my molletes didn't turn out as light and fluffy as I expected. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These molletes were a little too dense for my taste, but the flavor was still good.

Delicious! I added a little bit of extra anise seed to the dough, and it really made the flavor pop.

These molletes were a hit at my brunch party! They were light and fluffy, with a hint of anise that was just perfect. I served them with refried beans, salsa, and avocado, and they were gone in minutes.
