For Super Bowl® one year, I really wanted to make jalapeno poppers but wasn't in the mood for all the work so I put this dip together. It combines all of the flavors of a jalapeno popper and has become a request at every football party we throw, as well as one of my husband's favorite dips.

[email protected]I was really disappointed with this dip. It was way too spicy for my taste and I couldn't even eat it. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less jalapeños or if I had seeded them first.

[email protected]I thought this dip was just okay. It was a little bland for my taste and I didn't really get any heat from the jalapeños. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of cheese, like a sharp cheddar.
