MOM'S BANANA BREAD
I love my mom's Banana bread... just wanted to share this recipe she always makes and it turns out so good.. She sometimes will make 2 by doubling her recipe and freeze one for later... so if your bananas are looking kinda ripe this recipe will take care of that for ya!

Steps:
- 1. Sift Together all dry ingredients in mix bowl
- 2. Add remaining ingredients beat on medium speed 1/2 Min, Scraping sides and bottom
- 3. Pour into greased and floured (I don't like flouring my pans I just use a nonstick spray.) 9x5x3 pan (loaf pan)
- 4. Bake 350 oven for 55-60 Min. Test w/ wooden toothpick remove from pan onto rack immediately
