Yield 5-6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup raw rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Beeff Consomme

Steps:

  • Saute onion in butter in baking dish. Add rice and pour soups over. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Rice should absorb liquid and be lightly brown on top.
