Steps:
- Soften gelatin in water. Mix sugar, flour, salt and milk in. Cook over low til it boils, boil 1 minute, then remove from heat and add gelatin. Cool When partially set, beat in mixer until smooth with rest of ingredients, folded in gently. Put in cooled baked pie crust. Chill about 2 hours. Serve cold.
