We used a lot of rhubarb n the farm. For some reason our while family loved this sour fruit.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first three ingredients and place in 9x9 baking dish to make filling. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over top of filling. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
