Steps:
- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.
- 2. IN LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS.
- 3. LIGHTLY MIX IN GROUND BEEF AND SAUSAGE.
- 4. THEN ADD CRUMBS, ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER AND APPLE. TOGETHER WITH HORSERADISH, SALT, MUSTARD, MILK AND KETCHUP.
- 5. MIX AND THEN SHAPE INTO AN OVAL LOAF. SPREAD TOP WITH KETCHUP [APPROXIMATELY 1/2 CUP].
- 6. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES.
