What a wonderful combination. This recipe came from a couscous package, and even people who don't care for pork usually ask for seconds.

I thought this dish was just okay. The pork was a little dry, and the sauce was a bit bland.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sauce didn't turn out creamy at all. It was more like a thin gravy.

This dish was very easy to make. I didn't have any mushrooms on hand, so I used a can of cream of mushroom soup instead. It turned out great!

This dish was a hit with my family! The pork medallions were tender and flavorful, and the mushroom sauce was rich and creamy. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans, and it was a perfect meal.
