Mustard Egg Dip image

Here is a great dip that can be made the day before serving. If you have a food processor, simply chop the eggs using the pulsing button. Only one or two pulses are needed. Then add remaining ingredients, pulse one more time and it's done!-Janie Carr, Fort Davis, Texas

Great recipe! I'm not a big fan of mustard, but this dip was surprisingly good. I'll definitely be making it again.

Delicious and easy to make. I used a spicy brown mustard and it gave the dip a nice kick.

A bit too tangy for my taste. I think next time I'll use half the amount of mustard.

Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect! The mustard flavor is strong but not overpowering. Great for a party or potluck.

Easy to make and absolutely delicious! I used coarse grain mustard and it gave the dip a nice texture. Served with pita chips, carrot and celery sticks. Will definitely make again!
