- Mash Bananas.
- Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
- Add melted butter.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Optional: Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
- For Banana Bread: Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
- Freezes well.
