Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 325, spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray
- 2. cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.
- 3. add remaining ingredients except raisins and mix well, ( about 2 minutes)
- 4. Mix in raisins. pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. cool completely before removing from pan. Dust with Powdered sugar
