Nikuman / Butaman / Pork Bun image

This is a steamed bun with a pork filling. I first tasted this in Japan, it warms you up on a cool day. And served with hot mustard and soy sauce it is perfection. I found this recipe by searching on the internet.

I followed the recipe, but my buns didn't turn out as good as the ones in the picture. I think I might have overcooked them.

These buns were just okay. The dough was a little dry, and the filling was bland.

I'm not a big fan of pork, but I really enjoyed these buns. The filling was moist and flavorful, and the dough was light and airy.

These buns were a little more challenging to make than I expected, but they were definitely worth the effort. The final product was delicious and looked very impressive.

These pork buns were a hit with my family! The dough was soft and fluffy, and the filling was flavorful and juicy. I especially loved the addition of the green onions, which gave the buns a nice freshness.
