Time 25m

Yield 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
1 egg
1 cup powdered sugar
approximately 4 banana (sliced)
2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple (drained)
Cool Whip (for topping)
maraschino cherry (also for topping)

Steps:

  • mix graham cracker crumbs with margarine and press to the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish (try to avoid using the disposable kind otherwise the crust will break apart during serving).
  • mix softened butter, egg, and powdered sugar on medium speed for about 15 minutes.
  • poor mixture into graham cracker pie cruse and then top with a layer of sliced bananas followed by a layer of crushed pineapple. Don't worry if you have extra pineapple or banana you only need 1 layer of each so you may or may not have left overs.
  • top with cool whip and cherries.
