This cake is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I think it would be perfect served with a cup of coffee or tea.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cake didn't turn out as expected. The mascarpone filling was too runny, and the ladyfingers were soggy. I'm going to try again soon, and I'm hoping for better results.

This cake is very rich, so a little goes a long way. I would recommend serving it in small slices.

I had some trouble finding ladyfingers at my local grocery store, but I was able to find them online. They're definitely worth the effort to track down.

I'm not a big fan of coffee, but I still enjoyed this cake. The espresso flavor is subtle, and it doesn't overpower the other flavors.
