Steps:
- 1. Soften butter
- 2. Add peanut butter
- 3. Add powdered sugar a little at a time, while using hand mixer at medium speed. Mix until creamy.
- 4. Roll into 1" balls, place on a tray and freeze for about 20 min.
- 5. Put waxed paper onto a tray, then melt chocolate bark and dip balls into chocolate. Place dipped chocolate balls onto waxed paper. Place in refrigerator for 15 min. They are ready to eat!
