No-Knead Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls image

My cousin gave this recipe to my mother many years ago. My mother shared it with me, and I have been making it ever since. The rolls are so amazingly moist and tender, especially right out of the oven. -Kathleen Gill, Miles City, Montana

Overall, I thought these cinnamon rolls were pretty good. They were easy to make and the pumpkin flavor was nice. However, I found them to be a bit dry and I would have liked more frosting.

These cinnamon rolls were a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the dough next time.
