No Peek Beef Stew image

I got this recipe from an acquaintance during a woman's outdoor weekend. It is different from the other no peek stews in that it uses ginger ale for the liquid. Great served over egg noodles.

I'm not a big fan of beef stew, but I decided to give this recipe a try. I'm so glad I did! The beef was so tender and the sauce was so flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.
