Crock Pot Pepper Steak & Onions image

My version of Pepper Steak, compiled from several different recipes on the web and adjusted to taste and what I had in the fridge! This is a "runnier" version as opposed to a thicker sauce, it's great for dunking! Nice winter comfort food on a cold day.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover steak. I made it with some leftover flank steak and it turned out great. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the onions were caramelized to perfection. I will definitely be making this again.
