Noodles and Cabbage image

I served this to my fussy stepson and his family one day after he had stated that he hates cabbage, fried or any way! As he was eating it, he kept saying how good this was and finally said.. "What's in this?" When I told him fried cabbage, he couldn't believe it could be that good! Try it, I am sure you will love it, too!

This dish was delicious! The noodles were cooked perfectly and the cabbage was still slightly crunchy. The sauce was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. I would definitely make this again.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and ginger to the sauce and it helped a lot. Overall, it was a good dish but I would make some changes next time.
