The quiche was a little dry. I think I should have used more milk or cream in the filling.

This quiche was a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use less cayenne pepper.

This quiche was easy to make and turned out great. I used a store-bought pie crust to save time, and it still came out delicious.
