This cake was a bit too dense for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would use a different type of flour next time.

This cake was a bit too dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would add some extra moisture next time, maybe by using a different type of flour or adding some fruit juice to the batter.

This is the best gluten-free fruit cake I've ever had. It's so moist and flavorful, and it doesn't have that weird aftertaste that some gluten-free cakes have. I will definitely be making this again and again.
