Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups water
1 cup white rice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 cups chopped collard greens
⅛ teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
⅓ cup almonds
1 teaspoon lemon juice, or as needed

The vegetables in this stir-fry were a bit too crunchy for my taste. I would have preferred them to be more tender.

This stir-fry was a good way to use up some leftover vegetables, but it wasn't anything to write home about.

I thought this stir-fry was just average. It wasn't anything special, but it was still good enough to eat.

This stir-fry was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

I'm not usually a fan of stir-fries, but this one was really good. The sauce was especially flavorful.
