Oat and Cashew Waffles image

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup cashews
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Put the oats and cashews in a blender and grind.
  • Add the salt, oil and water and blend thoroughly.
  • Pour the batter in a waffle iron and leave for a few minutes until cooked.
