I like to make hearty snacks prior to going on a trip. I love oatmeal cookies with raisins and chocolate chips. I decided to put a new twist on it and add craisins instead of raisins. It turned out good!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan with PAM or grease with butter or margarine. Using a mixer, cream together the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the oil and vanilla and mix for 20 seconds. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just blended. Add oats, stir until completely incorporated. Add craisins and chocolate chips. Stir to incorporate. Transfer dough to prepared pan; spread out in pan with fingers dipped in water.
- 3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cener comes out clean.
