Steps:
- Add olive oil to large saute pan and heat over medium heat
- Saute onion and green pepper for about 5 minutes
- Add meat to saute pan and brown. Once browned add spices.
- Stir in vinegar and entire can of tomatoes. With masher, mash down tomatoes.
- Stir in kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- Cook the chili covered over medium/low heat for about 15 minutes
- Garnish with sour cream, cheese and or guacamole. Accompany with corn bread.
