Ocean Punch image

This berry ocean water punch is refreshing and not overly sweet. Use your favorite Kool-Aid mix to switch up the flavor for every season and occasion. -Elizabeth LeBlanc, Bourg, Louisiana

Yield 18 servings (about 4-1/2 quarts).

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 envelope unsweetened mixed berry Kool-Aid mix
2 quarts water
3/4 cup sugar
Swedish Fish candies, optional
1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
1 liter ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the Kool-Aid mix, water and sugar. Stir until mix is dissolved; refrigerate. If desired, dip Swedish Fish in water and adhere to the sides of an empty punch bowl; let stand until set. Just before serving, pour mixture into punch bowl; add pineapple juice and ginger ale.
