Oil and Vinegar Dressing image

1 Tbsp apple cidar vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1 pinch salt
pepper, freshey ground
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/3 c olive oil, extra virgin

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT oil. Wisk fast while drizzling in the oil.
