1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
8 pods okra, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
2 ounces sakura (cherry) shrimp

  • Stir cooked spaghetti, reserved cooking water, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil into the skillet. Mix in half of the shrimp; cook for 1 minute.
  • Scoop spaghetti mixture into a bowl. Garnish with remaining shrimp.
