2 teaspoons bay leaf powder
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
1 1/4 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground dill seed (not dill weed)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • COMBINE all ingredients well.
  • STORE airtight in a cool, dry place.
  • USE in place of Old Bay Seasoning and enjoy.
