1/2 cup rice
2 cups milk
1 cup water
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except raisins in greased casserole dish.
  • Bake 300°F for ONE hour.
  • Reduce heat to 250°F for ONE and ONE HALF hours.
  • Add raisins half hour before done.
