This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I usually make a big pot of chicken soup on Sundays, and then I use the leftover chicken to make this dish. It's a great way to get a second meal out of one pot of soup.

This recipe is a lifesaver! I'm a busy mom of three, and I don't always have time to cook a big meal on Sundays. This crock pot dish is a godsend. I can throw everything in the pot in the morning, and dinner is ready when we get home from church. Plu
