One-Pot Sweet Potatoes image

This is an easy and delicious way to prepare fresh sweet potatoes on the stove top. I have adapted this recipe from one I found in the "Mamma Dip's Kitchen" cookbook. This is a family favorite in my home.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sweet potatoes turned out mushy. I think I might have cooked them for too long.

The recipe was easy to follow and the sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly. However, the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking.

These sweet potatoes were a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add more spices next time.

These sweet potatoes turned out fantastic! The brown sugar and cinnamon gave them a wonderfully sweet and slightly spicy flavor. I'll definitely be making these again!
